Welcome To South Metro Speed Camp.
I will not be conducting a camp this summer. Two changes occurred this year, the high school track & field season is pushed back a week and I have a new responsibility as Head Boys and Girls coach at Lakeville North. My plan is to resume the camps the following summer in 2011.

Nike Outdoor Nationals - Lakeville North boys 4x100m relay team - Prelims Video. Ranked 24th out of 28 teams going into this meet. LNHS is in lane 1 - the 7th best team in this heat. Lane 4 is Sheepshead Bay, last years National Champs.
Boys 4x100 Final Heat 2 - Nike Outdoor Nationals 2009 Video, 4th place finish earning All-American honors as well as setting an All-time best Minnesota high school record of 41.67. Team members: Trevor Jellum, Jonathan Anyaogu, Nathan Sayler, and Nicholas Nelson.
